MPG Sells Land in Hopewell, VA to be Developed as a Captain D’s Restaurant

Morgan Property Group, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of commercial land at the southwest corner of Oaklawn Blvd. & Ashland Ave. in Hopewell, Virginia.

On January 12, 2017, MPG, through its affiliate Hopewell I Realty, LLC, sold 0.839 acres of commercial land to C D Restaurants, Inc. for $475,000 to be developed as a Captain D’s Seafood Restaurant. Clarke Jones, III of Jones Realty and Construction Corp. represented the Buyer and Seller in this transaction. This property is part of Ashland Point Plaza, which includes a freestanding Walgreens drugstore previously developed by Hopewell I Realty, LLC in 2008.
